After years of building furniture for our family, I decided to enter furniture making full-time. I was privileged to attend the prestigious Fine Furniture Program at the College of the Redwoods, Fort Bragg, California, completing this intensive one-year training in May, 2004. Located on the northern coast of California, the College of the Redwoods furniture school was founded in 1981 by the world-renowned furniture maker, James Krenov. The school continues to train furniture makers in the skills and aesthetic of Mr. Krenov, attracting students from across the United States and internationally. |
