What about the price and payment?

The price I will propose to you is my best determination of what this particular piece will require of my shop time, skills and tools. The price is non-negotiable for the piece as specified in the proposal. Change in price would require changes in the design specifications.
Payment of fifty percent (50%) of the full price, plus the full 5% Virginia state sales tax, will secure my services to begin construction. The remaining 50%, minus the $360 design fee, will be due at time of delivery |
