How Custom Design Happens |

We begin by discussing your furnishing need. After we reach a general understanding of what you’re seeking, you would commission me to prepare a formal design proposal.
The formal design proposal may include sketches, technical drawings or models, according to what will best articulate what I would build for you. Once the proposal is developed to both your and my satisfaction, you decide whether to commission me to make the furniture.
My design fee is $360. This fee will be deducted from the final sales price of your furniture should you commission me to make it. Should you choose not to employ me, you may have copies of all sketches and drawings I prepared for the formal design to use as you wish. However, I retain ownership of the design itself to use in my work. |
