This cabinet is designed for its owners to display a few precious objects of special value. The design reflects a traditional Japanese influence in its asymmetrical shelves and shoji-screened door panel. The cabinet is veneered in Honduran mahogany on its exterior and yellow cypress on its interior. The stand features wedged through tenons and is mahogany. The cabinet is finished in the technique of French polishing. |
